Returns & Exchange Policy

Shipping & Exchange: PPF Roll gets shipped on same day or the following working day after the order, shipping happens by or before 2pm every weekday (Monday to Saturday). Delivery happens within 6-8 working days across India. In case of a damaged PPF Roll (inside the box), kindly notify us via Whatsapp for immediate action and exchange request, we will then ship a replacement material within 24 hours (working day).

PPF Payment is non refundable, unless we fail to resolve a customer's complaint related to defective PPF material within 48 hours, and we fail to send a replacement material within 7 working days.

For reporting faulty product/damaged PPF material, it is mandatory to record a video of unboxing of the PPF Roll box and a video of PPF material opening and cutting, so that we can know whether it was received damaged or it was damaged during a bad/unprofessional handling.

Customers are advised to only open the PPF boxes at home (if needed), and open the PPF roll only in presence of PPF applicators to ensure the handling of the material is done properly without damaging the material.

Return address will be provided or we will ourself send our pick up person from the courier partner after a return-exchange request is approved (within 48 hours).
